I have lots of info on changing heater core without factory air but none with.

Do you have a copy of the 1966 factory service manual?
How far have you gotten?

Not yet. I have been referencing a 65 manual which touches on non-air but not factory. Couldn't find anything on You Tube.
Have removed bucket seat, glove box, duct work, 3 bolts from inside, 4 nuts under hood and the two hoses.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

A factory manual?

It is a chassis shop manual reprint dated August 1964 by Pontiac Motor Division. I haven't been able to locate a service manual.
The box is loose but there appears to be one more nut hiding behind the blower motor? If I can find that
will it come out from the inside without removing dash?
I'm scheduled for a big Christmas parade tomorrow night and would really like to get it done. I also have a pristine 65 2+2 but
it's a 4 sp and that don't work too good in a slow moving parade.

No mention in manual about inner fender, either removal or drill access hole?

Oldest I have is 70 and looks like 2 screws and 5 nuts holding it on.

I jacked her up and found what looks like the other nut and with an offset power ratchet maybe I can get it off. Putting it back on might be a different thing. I'll keep you informed of the progress and thanks for your help.
