Help. No blinker dash indicator lights

Hi,
My 67 firebird has no dashboard blinker indicator lights. The blinkers work fine. I have tested both the left and right indicator bulbs and they are good. I replaced one anyway, but it still does not work. Where could I be losing the circuit for the lights? My wiring diagram that I purchased, is not very helpful. It does not show the indicator cluster. Any help will be appreciated.

just a guess without seeing a diagram is the printed circuit on the back of the gauges or the directional switch

It seems the switch is sending the signal, because the blinkers are working. Am I thinking correctly on this? Mark

did you check the wiring diagram where the switch is located and does it show more than one circuit, one for the dash lights and one for the tail lights?
