help with locating a particular fuse on a 2007 Pontiac torrent

I am trying to locate the fuse in my 2007 Pontiac torrent that controls the cig. lighter(aux power) I know there is a fuse box located in the cabin on the passenger side front also one located under the hood on the left hand side. Neither on has listed cig lighter so any help would be appreciated.

Your owners manual shows fuse 3 in the engine compartment box as being auxiliary power
