We recently had the resistor and fan replaced on our Montana. We also replaced the Heater/AC control panel but we still cannot switch from heat to air. The lights on the bottom of the panel do not light up and when we checked the fuse it was bad. We replaced it and when we started the van it popped that fuse. What could be causing this?

like zimgxp said there must be a short for the fuse to blow , you are going to have to trouble shoot this, try un plugging the ac/heater panel and then replace the fuse and see what happens ,if the fuse does not blow then that is your problem. You may have a bad or blocked blower motor which is not to hard to remove and bench test , I removed mine cause it was making noise and when I dropped it down there were some leaves and pine needles in there so it is possible for debris to form in there . Good luck and keep us posted. Also what fuse exactly is blowing ?
