• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... I'm not actually here for my self, while I have always had a soft spot for anything that growls, I don't actually own a Pontiac at this stage. I stubled upon this network of obviously highly intelligent people sharing a common love while trying to find an answer for a friend of mine. Unfortuantely, he has a minor issue with his Parisenne in that his fuel pump is disturbingly noisy, even through all the soundproofing behind the rear seats and reinforced parcel shelf. So what I am hoping is that someone around here might know of a newer pump we can use or if a racing fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulator added to his set up might quiet things down a little. Any advice offered will be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.
