HID Flickering

Hey, I have a 2001 sunfire. I just put HID's in it and have noticed that the passenger side light constantly flickers/ on-off-on-off. I have been reading up on it and have heard a few options everything from; changing the fuses for the headlamps to something larger, disabling the DRL(which involved remove the relay fuse).

I'm stuck and don't know which way to go at fixing this. Anyone have any suggestions?

Switch the bulbs from side to side, if it moves to drivers side you have a bad bulb. If no change I would suspect ballast.

I switched and noticed it was the ballast. Thanks for you help. I also cleaned all the connectors and noticed that made a difference as well just the colour and brightness.
