horn blowing cant stop

this morning aat 7am my horn started blowing and the headlights on full.had to disconnect battery.30 mins later hooked up battery and car continude to blow horn and headlights remained on.what may be the cause and cure.

could be a low battery and the low voltage confused the computer and sent off the alarm or it was the alarm that's was going off or the horn relay was stuck but that would not explain why the lights were going off ? let us know what caused it good luck and I hope your neighbors are understanding.

or someone is pushing the panic button on your key fob remote ?
