You need pads or pads and rotors or what?
Put the parking brake on, block the other wheels that you're not working on so the car doesn't move also. loosen the lug nuts on the wheels you're working on, jack the car up. Use jack stands under the car for safety. Take the wheels off, take the calipers off so the rotors can be removed.
A c-clamp can compress the caliper piston so you can remove it. The rotors should be able to be pulled off once the calipers are removed. Put new rotors on, swap pads, re-assemble calipers, put wheels back on, put lug nuts back on finger tight, remove jack stands, lower car. Tighten lugs in criss cross pattern. Unblock the other wheels, take the parking brake off, pump your brakes, now drive slow and test the brakes. There should be a bunch of brake pad replacement procedures around on the net, most cars are the same.
