The windows work, they come out of the track. The back comes up before the front and there is a lot of play in the front of the window. When it comes all the way up, the back of the window comes out of the track/frame.

My dad is trying to fix it but it is having issues. How would he go about fixing these windows? Both windows have the same problem. Any advice would be great! Thank you! :)

Power windows I assume? There is a web site with all the info and diagrams, but I don't have it on hand. I had to have both (2 door) windows replaced within 3 or 4 years. They have plastic guides in them which wear out. That could be the problem. It's a pain to get at them. In my case there is a metal plate inside after you remove the interior cover. They have rivits that you have to drill out to get that plate off. Replace the drilled out rivits with screws when done. Lift the window up to hold it with duct tape or a block of wood or something while working on it. In my case I was told it was my regulator. I said 'OK give me a new regulator'. I was told, sorry you have to buy a motor with the regulator. Ticked me off. They are not cheap. On another note, my windows have vertical scratches on them and you can hear them grinding while in use. Hope it helps.
