How do i get my catalina to look like this!?

I really want the look the catalina has on the attached images (hope they work)
Is there any suspension lift kits or which way is the easiest way to get that "sporty" look?
Mine is white aswell and which size on the rims should i aim for? maybe 18"?
 
Hard to tell from picture but they may be using two different size rims and tires without resorting to any kind of lift.
 
Ah you might be right but if the rims and tires were to be the same is there any lift kits out there or which way is the easiest to raise the back of the car?
