First step is a repair manual on your fiero. It's possible that you light's work on vacuum look under the hood and see if you see an acutator with vacuum line's attached that lead to your head light's you might have a disconnected line(vacuum) that's my problem on my 80 corvette.
The headlight actuators are Electric if you look on the headlight motors under the hood you will see a knob (round) on top of the motor assembly if you rotate it by hand the headlight assembly will pivot up until it is all the way up
you can then leave it that way or rotate it back down when it's light out until you get a new motor assembly...
