How do I get to the window motors on a 1991 Sunbird LE Convertable?

My windows roll up very very slow in the back. I thought I would take the actuator and motors out and clean them but, foe the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get to them. Any ideas or suggestions? anyone have an exploded view or directions?

It's an LE. I am trying to get to the rear motors in my convertible. :/
