How do I remove the speed limiter from my 1992

Pontiac Firebird? I know it is a rather touchy subject, but I would like to remove it. It saddens me that it only maxes out at 122 mph before the limiter takes into effect. Any ideas?

By the way, it is just a 3.1L V6 engine.

go to a perfomance shop and get a hypertech performance chip... be around 250-300 dollars... You will also get a few more ponies...
