How Do I Replace Steering Wheel Horn Switch, 2004 Sunfire

My horn had to be pressed harder and harder to get it to honk but has now quit all together.
1. Can I access the horn switch in the steering wheel without having to worry about the air bag?
2. Any suggestions as to where to order a switch?
3. If this is a dealer only issue, then any suggestions as to how to jury-rig a horn button? Thanks.
