It's a two door, and both windows are not working they don't go up or down, I am pretty sure it's the switches but how do I know if it's the switches, the wiring or the motors? I would like to attempt to do this myself instead of spending all my money on a mechanic. I am really handy and able to do this, I just need to know where to start! Any answers or comments would help!
The switches are located in the center of the car, not on the doors. Any answers or comments would help!
I also did check the wiring in the center, the one side had a reading of 0, and the other was 8.2

You need a multi-meter and you need to do some testing on the wires. Find out if the powers is getting through the switch with it in the on position.

If it is them check if there is power at the motor. If there is power at the motor then most likely the motor is shot. By testing it that way you should be able to tell if there is also wiring problems.
