That's a terrible location for speakers. Use the rear deck. The fewer speakers you can use to cover the entire frequencies, the better it will sound. Speaker placement is the key.
Take the panels out and measure the clearance behind them so your windows and speakers don't get in each other's way. Mark where you speakers will go and carefully prepare the opening. Measure twice and cut once- you cannot uncut a hole. Perhaps a spot ahead of the rear passengers knees may be best on the quarter panel.. The back deck is a better place for speakers.
