I want to take them off so I can paint them black but I can figure out how to take them off. Do I have to take off other panels to get the A-pillar off?
You should be able to take them off without taking anything else off just be careful as they have plastic trim clips that go into the body of the car. 99 times out of 100 these break when taking them off. You can buy new clips but you have to be careful not to break the piece that holds the clips onto the pillar itself. Thats the challenge if you break the piece on the back of the pillar then they are ruined. Good luck but it can be done.
