they sell a tool to remove the clip that holds the window crank on.... BUT if you have a shop rag, slide that under the side with the knob and work that in there and it will pop that clip off enough where that crank will come right off there....
also, plastic rivets....
they sell a tool for that 2, and i would recommend buying that because if you don't, you will break most of the rivets, but if that is out of the question, you could use to butter knives to try to pry them out.... good luck
