To take it out..
On my '97 i had to take the battery out, it just sits on 2 rubber mounts, but when you take it out your going to need to make a bracket for your clutch fluid container because it is attached to the box. also to make it easier you should unclip the fuse pannel up by the fender so you can move it around.
