How is the Pontiac G8 GT?

I am looking to buying a new Pontiac, and I really like the G8 GT. Currently, I have a 2006 base model Grand Prix, with all the base model extras. I love it, and it has great acceleration. How would the HP be different between a base model grand prix, and a G8 GT? And, overall how is the car. Thanks!

Holy cow, you're only talking about a 200 horse difference... LOL. I sold my Bonneville and got the G8 GT. I love this car. Love it, love it, love it. Much more room inside, better handling, more power, and you don't see them on the road at all.
