how much horsepower would a 350 chevy engine add to my firebird?

Im Replacing My 91 Bird's 305(threw A Rod)with A 350 5.7 From A 1987 Blazer....it Has Flowmaster 80 Series Muffler With 2.5 Inch Pipes And Kn Air Filter......how Much Horsepower Will I Have ..........i Read That The 305 For That Year Only Had About 170 Hp.....any Help Will Be Appreciated

Well first off, it did not have 170 hp. That is just wishful thinking. But there is really no way of telling you how much Hp the new motor has. Mainly because I have no idea what condition the motor is in. What difference does it make how much Hp you will have if you don't freshen up new motor. You are going to get how it has and not one more Hp more. But if you looked up how much the Firebird had why don't you look up how much the new motor came with.
