how to change out the cigarette lighter on '92 firebird?

i have a '92 firebird and the cigarette lighter does not work at all. i need it to plug in car charger, and other lights for the interior. i dont know if its a fuse thats out or the cigerette lighter itself. plz help.
and the radio works fine tho. so it must be the cigarette lighter itself then?

It should be on its own circut. Check the fuse firet.
