how to get 400 hp out 350 tpi in 1989 pontiac firebird?

hi, it would be n/a for daily driver use.just a project i have been wanting to do
 
You will also probably need to upgrade to a Stealth Ram type induction system as a stock TPI is done around 4500 rpm. and you can't produce that kind of HP with a stock type induction /injector set up..
ecpect to spend around $2000-4500 in parts alone to get 400HP out of a TPI engine using aftermarket heads and intake ...
