How to remove a crossmember that's under the engine on a 71 lemans sport

I am wanting to know how to remove a crossmember out from under the engine on a 71 lemans sport. If you know how please let me know the steps how to do that. Thanks.

that crossmember is part of the frame, it doesnt come out. If you google oil pan replacement you will find lots of people have your issue and pulling the engine is easier than trying to get the pan off.
