It's all riveted together and difficult to do.
You may consider buying another door from a junk yard $60 and replace the whole door.
Are you SURE the motor is no good, and not simply a bad switch or wire?

Buying a new door from a junk yard because you may have a bad power window motor may be one of the most riduclous things I have ever heard. Get you hands on a Chiltons or other similar book and follow the instructions to replace the motor or switch whichever is required.
