i have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am...The stock stereo system says MP3 on it but has no AUX in or USB or even RCA, i took it out and looked at it and it has an open slot that looks like the wiring harness slot but smaller, i was wondering if there is like a special adapter that goes in that or what, help would be great.

what it means by saying MP3 is that you can burn mp3s onto a cd and then play them from the cd player which means you can usually fit close to 200 something songs onto a cd. Not that you can neccessarily connect an mp3 player to your car. If you want to do that I would suggest one of those radio transmitters they usually run about $20 at walmart or best buy and they send a signal through a radiostation of your choosing to close proximity ie your car stereo. Quality isnt always the best but they work well enough
