If I remember correctly, there is a template and a foam gasket that comes with the replacement tach. Try www.nationalpartsdepot.com , www.frankspontiacparts.com ,www.yearone.com , www.thepartsplace.com . Those are the first that come to mind, that I have bought from, as I am also in the middle of restoring a 69 Firebird convertible. Hope this helps.

I am also restoring a 69 firebird coupe. I have purchased nearly all of my parts from classic industries ( www.classicindustries.com ). They have had everything i have needed so far. just another suggestion.
