I have checked the fuses. The highbeams are working fine. the low beams will not with the switch or when the daytime running lights are supposed to work.
I had Silverstar's in my wife's Grand Am, and both dim elements burnt out at the same time. Maybe there was some surge that popped them both, but I found it pretty odd.
