I'm changing the top and lower control arm bushings, and I'm wondering since I'm pulling half of the suspension out, can I also pull the oil case so that I can replace the gasket since it has a small leak. Or do I have to pull the motor in order to get to the oil transfer case?

are you talking about the tranny? what is a "oil transfer case"? if you're talking about the oil pan then yes you need to make like your going to pull the engine, you'll need to lift it up to have clearance. and since your going that far check your bearings-rods and mains.
