There is a reason they will not give you information, the passlock security systems can't be disconnected without knowing which system you have, and it's illegal to remove the interlock system from the car by a dealership in some states..
chances are you need to find someone who has the knowlage to put a resistor in the passlock sensor to eliminate the key chip ..without knowing what the resistance is (there are over 15 values for the passlock system) you can't do much otherwise there is no easy way to disable the system ..
