i have a 96 pontiac sunfire headlight nite time dont work like i put them in and it stays on DRL

and i cant? and i cant stick to high beems i replaced the bulb same thing noting happend so what can i do like my left light works my right one does not it stays on DRL mode
sure at light time when i turn the lights on they stay on DRL mode execpt for the driver side one that one goes bright but on the passenger side and on my control panel it shows DRL the litle light logo

You messed up the high beam with the low beam you better reverse it....hahahaha
