I have a 99 pontiac sunfire im expierncing rough idling. Why?

When in idle the car shakes and raddles and when i turn the air con on the engine gets pulled down so much that the car will hardy accelerate. I think it is a dirty or bad injector. Any suggestions?

is it over heating. check ur coolant for oil residue in it. u may have a cracked head

may also have a miss fire. carbon tracking on a plug. if so replace plugs and wires/boots.
had one do that to me once with ac on.
