The trac off light usually means there is a problem with the ABS sensors or traction control system, (they are related) it is NOT something you are going to be able to repair yourself it will need to be diagnoised by a scanner to determine the failed sensor or component ( best left to a certified tech)
the check engine lamp may or may not be related to the ABS issues so that too will need to be scanned to find out how the systems are operating and what the issue is ...
