Ya, I would recomend Haynes, they seem to be the best book, they have very good electrical schematics.

By a Chiltons or a Haynes. Most libraries also carry them. I had a similar problem in my Pontiac and turned out that it was the cooling fan relay that was located in the fuse box under the hood right underneath the windshield on the passenger side. Check your relay.
