i need major help with my new project

so i just got a 2000 4door se for my girlfriend i got it for 300 an fix the body work for 100 so it was'ent a bad find but now after ive looked on a couple different sites i wanna give this car a lil more sumthing i just dont know what as far as the engine goes cus ive done hondas all my life ive found a body kit i want an sum rims i got a system but i wanna do a tansbrake setup an im gonna do a turbo but i just dont know anything about the pontiac world so to speak so this is were you all come in let me know what you would do if you had about 4gs to do a lil sumthing under the hood a big thanx to who eva helps

wanting to sink $4,000 + into a $300 car that doesnt belong to you I find strange, but each to his own. How many miles on the engine? I would start with a cold air kit and cat back exhaust. The turbo may be too much for a high mileage car that was never designed for that much power.
