...the battery? i had the starter checked out before i bought it to make sure it was good and it was so i dont no what elese it could be unless the person that put it in didnt do something right thats the only thing i can think of

turn the key on and jump across the starter terminals and see if it will kick in. you could have a bad ground cable.

um check if theres a fuse for the starter circuit

you might have not connected it properly.

double check teh connections you made were exactly the same as before.

if so then check if theres a fuse for the circuit, and if so wether or not it has blown.
