I wanna restore/tune a sunfire

I have a 1998 Pontiac sunfire 2.4l i want to tune it. Now i have been other places and everyone tells me there is no point. But im trying to do something uncommon by fixing it up i was wondering if anyone mew any websites for aftermarket parts for a sunfire besides. andysautosport.com It has 104000 miles on it but the engine runs cleans and is well maintained and the body is solid only rust is under the lip of the hood any advice would be much apriciated

i'm unclear what you mean by tune it? Do you mean replace the spark plugs, air filter, gas filter etc?

now i have an idea but want a second opinion im thinking about buying an ram air induction hood (has a built in hood scoop) since the cintake is set almost center do yall think it would be possible to make an ram intake to sit there and it be fully functional
