...suggestions? i was told to do some research on this before i go frankenstein on it so i would some help on this what to do to my lt1 5.7 v8 but im not sure so any help would be the best

What year is it? First, most people start with headers and exhaust. Depending on the year a computor chip or a PCM retune. Intakes, bigger Carbs or Throttle bodies, CAI... ( cold air intake ) Cams, aluminum heads etc... there is lots you can do for performance...
