Idle speed

Was wondering if someone could help me out 05 Montana sv6 when i use the remote starter the van will start fine when cold but when the motor is warm it wont start it's like it doesn't have enough idle even when i start it after shutting it off at the store it wont start unless i give it gas when i start think i need to turn the idle up a bit don't know where to turn it up thanks in advance

If you are starting the car without the remote and you have to step on the gas then you have an issue with the idle air control valve. The valve and the passage it bolts onto have to be cleaned or the valve replaced. Do you have a check engine light on?

Thanks melsg5 no i have no check engine light on where is this located so i can try and clean
