when my 2.8 warms up ill every once in awhile my idle get really rough and the car lags on acceleration. im thinking its pcv?

you can clean your pvc valve with wd40,gets all the gunk out with harming it,make sure you can here it rattle inside,if it doesnt than its stuck,also clean out the throttle body and iac hole.

I also think its my idle sensor

iac= idle air control,take it off and clean out the hole before you replace it,throttle bodies tend to get very dirty and more so with high mileage.
