...Pontiac Grand Am? How difficult is it to replace an Ignition Lock Cylinder in my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am?
And what would be the best way to get in there and replace it?

Replacing the ignition lock cylinder is best left to someone who has experiance doing it there are too many things to remove and too many systems that are close by that must be moved or disabled to get to it
such as the air bag system and theft deterant, if you were to mess one of those up it would easily cost you more than if you have it done by a service shop..
