Im Buying a 97' Firebird and it's leaking oil.?

Hey everybody. So the other day I found an ad for a 1997 Pontiac Firebird and when I went to look at it and test drive it, the car was leaking oil at idle. I need to know if this is a serious problem or not. The current owner said that he had addressed the problem already and had a gasket changed but it continues to leak, what else could be causing the problem? Help me out please. Thanks.

where is it leaking oil from? what gasket was changed? valve cover is easy, main seal is not
