Im stunned on this one

Ok, well, we all know Im an idiot to my car, but for some reason my check engine light is on, I got my codes read, and nothing seems to be wrong witrh the car, so anyone know what it may be? Compression test shows good, battery is new, rad is new, coolant just changed, enjectors new, T-body new, heads, valves. etc. Everything is new like 2-3 months ago, and the light just came on 2 days ago, so, anyadvise would be great. ( dont want to take my own advice and put another engine in it!) :D
 
So your saying you checked for codes and there were none? If the engine runs OK, don't worry about it. If the light comes on again check for codes. If no codes come up again, I don't know. That is strange. Maybe a short in the wire to the light.:confused:
 
It didnt show any codes, and the light is ALWAYS on, I dont get it. Oh well, Im going to the track tonight, if somthing is wrong, iLl know there.

ok, thats weird, I went to the track and bagged the piss out of my car, and now the code is gone. So heres some "unofficial" advice people, anything goes wrong in your car, go to the track and piss drive it, and it will fix whatevers wrong. :D
 
Well if you are close to your oil change, the light will come on. All you have to do is reset it, that is if it is your problem.
 
Hey car guy, I wonder if this is the same unregistered that said you are an idiot. I think from his advise we now know who the idiot is. Damn that change your oil engine code.

Hey, unregistered, Heres a Q for you, It may be one of 2 things, My code came back on today, may it be from low tire pressure? or possibly, cause Im out of gas!? Just asking, seein as you know sooo much about this kinda stuff and all. ;)

WOW! Didnt know some goofs on this site had NO clue what they are talking about. Get your facts strait you thick headed inbred redneck, I didnt do the tranny swap MYSELF, there was a few of us, for one, for two, I NEVER said NOS would explode on itsown, I simply said if you do it yourself, you better know what your doing or you can BLOW YOUR MOTOR. So, once again, YOUVE BEEN SCHOOLED.
