iphone/ipod to play through factory radio?

I'm looking for a way to play music from my iphone/ipod through my factory cd player head unit....is there an aux plug somewhere? or another way?

If you dont see it on the front and you have checked your owners manual, the only other thing to do is try a site like www.crutchfield.com to find an adaptor.

They make adapters that plug into the rear of the radio. Do NOT buy the SOUNDGATE brand. I had one that shorted out the data bus and disabled the gauges, traction control, air bags, and the electronic power steering. I have heard this brand causing lots of problems.
