Is a 4.1 Overhead Cam in a 1967 firebird convertable rare?

i have recently stumbled upon a 67' firebird convertable project that I am thinking of buying, and i was wondering if the engine was rare...
 
Assuming you are referring to the inline 6 OHC it wasnt that popular most people went for one of the V8s.
