you would have to get them in a junk/salvage yard along with all the necessary wireharness and switches, plus if the switches were originally mounted on the door or console you have more complications.

yes its possible.......practical no....but possible......
as for cost would depend on whether u wanted to put new parts or find a donor vehicle.......new parts would cost u around 5-10k depending on what shop did it........
donor car retrofit would cost u under 200 bucks if u did the work ureself...... would require making new seat brackets and being proficient with a welder and shop tools.......
