Is this where my radiator drain plug is for a 2000 pontiac sunfire?

I am trying to do a coolant flush on my sunfire, but cannot find the drain plug. I have done many google image searches but can only come up with what the part looks like, and it does not match up with what I see in front of me. I have taken a pic to show what it seems to be, can someone confirm??
