On Friday, when I was trying to charge my phone battery with a connecting adapter, noticed it was my charging adapter kept going on and off and tried to adjust the connection. Saturday, the adapter wouldn't even turn on when connected. Checked the other port which my bluetooth charging adapter was connected to and it shows no charging. Could this be a fuse issue or something else?

I examined the fuse in question. Middle is completely intact (where it should be melted if blown out), although the metal contacts that keep in the fuse box seen dirty-burnt.
I checked the wiring behind the port and could not find a loose wire. Note both ports are out.
Is it possible for both ports to be very worn? Wondering if what to do next besides a power test at the fuse?
