Does anyone know how to jump the AC compressor clutch so that it kicks on? I vaccummed down my AC and want to recharge but assume clutch is not engaging due to low pressure so I want to bypass the low pressure shut off so the refrigerant can get pulled in. I found the relay in the engine area but am unsure if I use a paperclip across where # 3 an #5 are in the clutch relay. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

how about jumping the low pressure sensor, diagram in link below for a 2001

When I did my 99 I just followed the DuraCool instructions for a complete fill and did the first can with it off and then the system had enough pressure to turn the compressor on.
