• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hello to all. I just stumbled across this forum via a google search and trying it out.

I own a 1977 LeMans Sport Coupe with a 5.7L R series(oldsmobile) engine. I bought it in 1988 from its second owner that brought it to Ohio from California.

I have upgraded the rear axle housing with a 3:08 out of a 74 GrandAm and have upgraded the TH-350 transmission to a short shafted TH-400 5 disc transmission.

Other than that, cosmetically, I have put a set of restored Rally II wheels with 1981 Center caps with 1969 Big Pontiac stainless trim rings on it.

I am in the process of building a 474 cubed engine with anticipated results of 430-440 hp @ 530+ ft.lb. torque.

Hope to have some good conversations with folks on here.
